90 Degree Peel Test Fixture, 5KN Capacity, 5/8" (15.9mm) Socket is standard, adapters available for other sizes or types. For Samples up to 50mm x 280mm.

Description of Operation: The included "T-Bar" mounts between the load cell and the crosshead of the machine.

Two wires connected to the "T-Bar" (See Diagram) pull the Carriage horizontally while the load cell pulls the sample from plate at 90 degrees. Only the peeling force of the sample is applied to the load cell.

Since the Carriage is moving at the same rate as the crosshead, the sample is pulled upward at a steady 90 degree angle. The Carriage is spring loaded to return automatically when the crosshead is lowered for the next sample.

Upper fixtures are sold separately. Note: We carry a broad range of fixtures for many sample types.

WT50-W130 (Also available for samples up to 130mm wide!)

90 Degree Peel Test Fixture, 5KN Capacity, 5/8" (15.9mm) Socket is standard, adapters available for other sizes or types. Sample sizes up to 50mm x 280mm. Same as WT50 but with adjustable peel angle ±30°
